Navigate the location you copied the ”HTC Desire S_3.0 HoneyComb.zip” file and follow the directions for installing Android 3.0 HoneyComb on your HTC Desire S. As soon as the installation is over, just reboot your HTC Desire S device and here you go, you’ve just upgraded it to the new Android 3.0 HoneyComb
